Background or experience in Oracle PL/SQL programming
Excellent in written and verbal communication

Ability to learn and adapt to changes and methods of working
Amenable to travel to client site
Responsibilities:
Write and unit test programs according to functional and/or technical specifications within timed estimates as part of a team and on individual capacity during full development cycle or as per individual user request from clients.
Troubleshoot and correct software defects during development, implementation and maintenance.
Provide 1st and 2nd level of support across all supported applications, developing a resolutions for customer issues based on product and industry knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.
Adapt existing support processes and ensure that production system remain operational.
Develop and maintain client relationship and provide technical and functional assistance to internal groups at development sites.
Assist in any ad-hoc project tasks as assigned and necessary.
Will work under direct supervision of senior team member to acquire technical and functional knowledge on the development tools and the product to build specialized skills and expertise on the job.
Update accurate information in the time logging system
