The Job:
Deliver application maintenance and support services to customers
Follow the company's application maintenance service delivery model and process
Provide fault diagnostic and bug fixing on software problems reported
Perform program development for application enhancement
Report the progress of assigned work to supervisor
Need to handle production problems reported at non-office hour
Requirements:
Degree holder in Information Technology/Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
Minimum of 5 years IT experience
Good command of spoken and written English
Hands-on experience in:
Oracle ERP Finance and Accounting modules (AP, AR, GL), Inventory Management, Order Management, Fixed Assets
Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports
Knowledge on SQL, Basic Unix commands, ITSM, Remedy tool are an advantage
Referral Bonus Amount

Referral Bonus Payment
The Referral Bonus will be paid to the referrer through payroll in the following month after the referee has satisfactory fulfilled the requirements as stipulated in the Tech Talent Staff Referral Program - Scheme Paper
The referral bonus payment will be issued in 2 phases
- 50% bonus will be paid after the referee has completed the company's service for 3 months
- 50% bonus will be paid after the referee has completed the company's service for 6 months
