We are looking for an experienced Operations Team Lead for Magic's Internal Team! You will help us implement the right processess across the company and enable business growth.
Quality Responsibilities
Coaching team in real time
Brainstorming and strategizing with team in the live
Guidance with execution strategies based on the client's expectations and preferences
Catching errors and incorrect details and recording them
Anticipate and prevent risks that will threaten the client experience
Standard operating procedures are known and followed
Advance the skill set of new and current workforce (assistants)
Ensuring a proper hand off between assistant churns
Urgent and important information (e.g. escalations) is emphasized
Update PM/APM about service mistakes
Updates PM/APM in a timely manner about any notable incidents
Task Management Responsibilities
Assign and balance tasks among assistants
Recommends load balancing strategies to the client / POC
Recommends if more or less assistants are needed or if a role should be hired for
Other responsibilities
Check assistant attendance
Maintain assistant masterlist
Address concerns of assistants (pay, schedule, role, etc)
Coordinate with different parties accordingly about miscellaneous issues
Qualifications
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;

Excellent English communication skills;
Great presentation skills;
Detail Oriented
Could handles stress well
Experience with client facing roles/jobs
At least one year experience being a team leader;
