JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Receive inbound client calls and handle client concerns
-Identify and troubleshoot user and system issues
-Handle tickets in Freshdesk

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

-Proven experience as a technical support specialist troubleshooting system issues
-Preferably someone with ticketing based experience
-Someone comfortable with communicating through email and phone calls
-Detail-oriented and well-organized
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Proactive attitude
-Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
