Job Summary
The Outsourcing Partners was established as an Impact Sourcing organization in March 2021. Due to the ongoing expansion of the organization, we are looking for an Operations Support SME to provide day-to-day operations support to the Sr. Management for the US-based Business Partners. This is a contract-based position starting at 2 hours per day and growing to a full-time position along with the continuous growth of the organization. Working hours are US Central Time zone from Monday to Friday.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to step up to a senior position along with the growth of the organization.
To be successful in this role, you should be committed to improving client experience with the ability to ensure operational efficiency. Ultimately, you should have solid organizational, people management, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Manage client-facing operations staff
Act as point of contact for operational matters for internal and external stakeholders, including employees, Sr. Management and Business Partners.
Overseeing the operations team and assigning tasks.
Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
Identifying ways to improve client experiences.
Arrange training for new employees and ensure that standard procedures are followed.
Interacting with Business Partners and internal stakeholders, answering questions, and resolving issues.
Tracking and reporting on operational performance.
Assist in maintaining policy and procedure documents.
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Sr. Management.
Requirements
The ideal candidate would have:
Proven experience as an Operations Support Specialist or SME, or similar operations roles
Leadership experience
Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
Strong people management and organizational skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Solid problem-solving and time management skills.
A positive "Can Do" attitude
A detail-oriented focus.
