Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible to process requests received by the customer using Assistance Request and internal requests using Workflow in CLM-LOS. Assistance Requests could be the following but not limited to Locks, Relocks, Maintenance, Extension, and Same Day Change. Workflow requests could be but not limited to Registration Locks, Late Delivery, and Registration Others. Both AR and WF require entering loan level data details and overrides into specific fields in CLM-LOS based on process procedures.
Responsible to pull and assign work requests via LLWS from Mortgage Bankers and process each request through MPX. LLWS requests could be but not limited to Product Changes, Rate Changes, Extensions, Renegotiation, Relock and General Maintenance Request. MPX requires entering loan level data details and overrides into specific fields in Mortgage Express based on process procedures.
BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
The Pricing Registration and Department is responsible for maintaining oversight of Capital Markets related policies and procedures with the following Channels:
- Retail
- Consumer Direct
- Correspondent
In these roles, Registration and Pricing enforces the base prices and policies that Capital Markets has established so that management of the pipeline can be performed in a reasonably controlled and predictable environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum skills and qualifications should be met as stated in the job posting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Ability to follow complex methods and procedures
Ability to meet deadlines
Two or more years of mortgage process from Originations, Servicing and Default, loan documentation, Underwriting and Pricing and Registration experience
Strong PC skills including 10 key ability, proficiency in IVAULT, Trio (E-Magic) MS Excel, Word, Adobe PDF, Internet
Navigation and SharePoint desired
Must be able to perform in a high pressure, time sensitive environment
Knowledge of pricing/registration/secondary marketing is a plus
Accounting experience preferred
Four year college degree or equivalent work experience
Latest My Development rating of at least On Track
No Corrective actions, not on any PIP
At least 12 months in current job and process
