About the RoleWere seeking a detail-oriented Systems & Billing Operations Specialist to support the smooth operation of our digital systems and member billing processes. This role ensures that all data, automations, and dashboards run accurately and efficiently while identifying opportunities to improve workflow and member experience.If you love systems, data integrity, and process optimizationand enjoy digging into details to keep everything running seamlesslythis role is for you.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage and process billing requests, account migrations, and member billing errors.Maintain and update company dashboards; monitor KPI data for accuracy and consistency.Audit and optimize GoHighLevel automations, funnels, and workflows.Document and maintain SOPs for systems, automations, and data processes from Ops Admin.Ensure Circle programs, tags, and automations are accurate, updated, and functioning correctly.Provide weekly reports on system performance, billing accuracy, and key operational metrics.Identify and implement efficiency improvements to enhance systems and overall member experience.QualificationsProficiency with GoHighLevel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Experience documenting and maintaining SOPs and workflow systems.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Self-starter who can manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
