The Role
As an Operations Specialist, you will handle the implementation of Consumer Loan transactions, which includes timely and accurate processing and delivery of loan releases, payments, and after-sales services in accordance with the approved terms and conditions, bank policies, procedures, accepted accounting principles, regulations of Bangko Sentral and other government agencies.
How you'll contribute
Maintains and affirms that both general and subsidiary ledgers are matched thru proper review, balancing, and monitoring in coordination with sales, branches, MIS, and FINCON to ensure that daily transactions are properly accounted for and prevent audit exceptions.
Ensures that Promissory notes/Disclosure Statement (PNDS) and other vital documents are prepared, notarized, and transmitted to Custodian and concerned Units within the agreed turn-around-time (TAT) to comply with the agreed SLA.
Ensures that repricing schedules are religiously being monitored and prepared accurately and are being sent to concerned units within prescribed TAT to comply with the agreed SLA.
Handles processing of consumer loan products based on approved instruction, procedure, and guidelines to book, release proceeds, post payments, do necessary reconciliation, and accounting of loans within prescribed TAT.
Maintains timely rediscounting of loans with BSP By ensuring all necessary documents are properly prepared, endorsed, and applied to BSP rediscounting facility and concerning lending, units are advised accordingly once approved.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or Banking, or any related field
Knowledgeable in lending products and operations
Must have a good analytical ability, proactive, possesses a continuous improvement mindset
