Operations Specialist - Challenge, Inspire and Grow with us at Miss Amara
Miss Amara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Specialist to join our Operations team to coordinate and ensure our customers get the right rugs at the right time. As a connector between our customers, vendors and our internal teams including customer experience and operations; you will be using your problem solving, attention to detail and ability to analyse data to help make the purchase to delivery journey as smooth as possible.

The role
As part of our global operations team that manages order processing, shipment from our factories/drop ship to our customers, payments and returns you will contribute to helping us deliver a seamless customer buying journey.
You will be serving both our internal and external customers to manage various part of the order to delivery process
From time to time, you will be part of a team that works together to solve operations problems on an ad-hoc basis
You will be working with Excel/Google sheets data on a daily basis and working in and out of our various systems to get the right answers and sometimes reach out to customers via email
The successful candidate
We are looking for the following set of skills and experience from Our Operations Support Specialist Lead:
2+ years experience working with order management, operations, supply chain and/or customer service
Previous experience working with a consumer products supply chain and operations is required
Ecommerce order management experience will be ideal
Excellent English skills both written and spoken
You will possess excellent attention to detail
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn quickly and navigate between our systems
Proven ability to solve problems and analyse data to get answers
Strong experience using Google Sheets or Excel to analyse data is highly desired
Commercially minded having worked in a face-paced and high growth environment
Self-sufficient, self-motivated and able to quickly adapt to change working in a startup environment
