Planning and implementation of innovative operational improvements in stores.
Develop store strategy to deliver world-class Customer Decision Journey.
Strategize store display according to store level and store market.
Set standards for Nationwide stores.
Conduct regional training and audit.
Monitor and evaluate salesperson product knowledge, selling skills attendance and HQ standards compliance.
Lead regional teams to accomplish goals and achieve targets.
Gather Market insights on competitor's activities and develop counter measure based on the market conditions.
Stock Management.
Manage operational logistics.
Maintain complete database of all stores nationwide.
Graduate of Education: Management, Business Administration or any related field
Problem-solving skills, with customer service experience
Ability to utilize tactical and strategic judgment to achieve key business measures
Proficient in using Microsoft Applications. (Excel, Word, PPT)
Adequate knowledge of smartphones is a plus
Allowed to travel for work purposes.
