Roles and Responsibilities:
 
A. Operations Leadership:
Create and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with department heads to optimize workflow and streamline business operations.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations functions.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.
Inspire and lead teams to attain operational goals and objectives.
Cultivate a culture of ongoing improvement and innovation across the operations department.
Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges and bottlenecks.
Align resource allocation and utilization with operational priorities.
2. Facilities and Office Management:
 
Implementing security measures to protect personnel and assets.
Developing and managing budgets for facilities and office-related expenses.
Supervise facilities management, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness of office spaces.
Manage office supplies and equipment procurement, ensuring adequate resources for smooth operations.
Implementing health and safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations.
3. Training and Development:
Support the professional development of operations staff through coaching and mentorship initiatives.
Implement training programs to enhance the soft skills and knowledge of employees.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related Field.
At least 3 years work experience specially in vehicle services
Proven leadership skills, capable of inspiring and cultivating teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience budgeting and forecasting
Familiarity with business and financial principles
Proficient in utilizing project management tools and techniques.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Adeptness at thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
