Job Description
Oversees overall supply logistics, procurement, and inventory.
Assist with budgeting for importation of BioPrime product from Colorado
Facilitate importation, freight forwarder, BOC exemption from VAT, etc.
Manage and oversee humidity controlled interim warehousing and  repacking operations .
Review new brands repacking requirements and costs  (5 – 10 – 10 , 25 – 25)
Assess other options for repacking, include in project planning and budgeting preparation.
Assist with inventory management system for tracking of inventory in the hands of the regional
Post repacking, determine strategy for warehousing and possible regional distribution hubs.
Assist General Manager  in making important policy, business planning, and strategy decisions on the distribution of product and establishment of new distribution channels.
Liaise with marketing on the support requirements for digital marketing and social media management
Assist with the re-establishment of the manufacturing operation in the US, including a detailed analysis of the equipment requirements, manpower skills and supply sources that comprise the ingredients of BioPrime.
Co-ordinate with the Regional Vice President  on resourcing and consolidation of trial data and preparation of results in a documented and PowerPoint Format.
Co-ordinate with the Technical Director and technical managers on  consolidation of trial data and preparation of results in a documented and PowerPoint Format.
Source and provide relative data on proven treatments of crops to technical divisions of major corporate companies associated with the crops, along with seed companies supplying seed to the selected markets.
Work closely with the inventory staff to perform analysis of the company’s inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data, and reduce sub-rental expenses
Oversee quality control and storage of the product.
Implement safety programs and ensure compliance with all safety policies
Facilitates zoom meetings for business plan reporting, inventory reporting, and/or other important reports.
Assist Marketing Manager in distributing marketing materials to the designated cooperatives and Agri Associations.
