OPERATIONS MANAGER
Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
Role and Responsibilities include:
Management of specified supervisory teams, tracking of overall center efficiency, managing staff, measuring productivity, production process and metric
Support Operations by providing coaching and feedback
Analyze existing process and compliance framework
Monitor Key Performance Indicators and update Service Level Agreement
Interact confidently with International Clients
Design and implement process control and end to end performing measurement with the clients
Ensure Operational definitions are in place for service management to deliver measurements
Stimulates positive energy, creativity and teamwork among employees by finding ways to continuously improve morale within the work environment
Promotes best practices with the organization. Establishes and monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures. This includes setting policies in the workplace to ensure effective implementation and adherence among each and every employee in the organization
Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. This may require formulation and implementation of policies and procedures that maximizes output
Provide specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback to staff to ensure operational excellence and improve individual performance
Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans. Make effective decisions that will help the company prevent difficult situations in the future.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent leadership, inter-personal and people-management skills
Strong work ethics
Strong ability to understand the true measure of satisfaction of both internal and external customers;
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strategic thinking abilities
Educational and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree – BS in Nursing
PRN License is required
1-2 years clinical experience
Excellent communication skills
