About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible in overseeing the delivery of SEO works in the Philippines. You are to optimise and document the team processes and resources.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the marketing leadership team in defining the processes and resources.
Support the SEO manager with the projects and deliverables.
Maintain constant communication with the management and team members to ensure that the strategy and performance are clear and efficient.
Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.
