What you'll do:
SOP Compliance Management and Service Agreement Management of Tutors
Ensures compliance to Standard Operating Procedures
Periodically reviews operations procedural manuals and interventions in alignment with the Service Agreement, and makes revisions and updates as needed
Ensures due process has been upheld prior to termination, non-renewal, and renewal of Service Agreement
Operational Quality of RareJob Lessons
Improves policies and processes to enhance and maintain operational quality
Monitors and documents tutor performance and data trends
Contract Management
Other tasks which may be assigned

What we'd like you to have:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Legal Management, Psychology, Human Resources, or related
Must be analytical and detail-oriented
Can effectively work with a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word (Advanced), Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent command in English (Oral and Written)
Not required, but very useful:
With 1 year of relevant work experience related to compliance management
Knowledge in Compliance Management System (CMS), Business Analytics (BA) and Project Management is an advantage
Trainings on Compliance Analysis, Project Management, and Paralegal
Note: Please be advised that this is a FULL-TIME OFFICE-BASED position. This will temporarily be on a work-from-home setup, but will resume normal office operations once the pandemic eases. The assessment and interviews will be done purely online.
