What We'll Bring: You will be providing operation and helpdesk support to the business.
What You'll Bring:
1-2 years of experience in an operations environment
Ability to multi-task and prioritize with strong organization skills
Able to collaborate with team members and clients
Maintain and secure confidential and sensitive information
Good interpersonal skills
Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Able to do the work independently to minimum supervision

Able to process TU member batch enquiry request on a timely manner and without any issues
Able to provide technical support to member issue as Helpdesk 1
Able to navigate and use TU applications to support TU members
Able to answer member queries about credit report, batch processing, enquiry application and any other TU related products
Able to collaborate within Operations team and internal to TU
Able to collaborate with TU members and resolve any issues raised
Able to create reports and tracker related to batch enquiry and helpdesk/ incident management
