Qualifications:
Female/Single
Must be an accounting graduate or any related course.
Undergraduates are also welcome to apply if you have related experience.
Having an experience in government transactions (SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, BIR, processing of business permit etc...) is a plus.
Knowledgeable in E-Commerce platforms (Shopee/ Lazada/TikTok-Seller center) and social media platforms (Facebook Meta Business Suite & Instagram)
Fluent in English
Good Customer Service and communication skills
Flexible and can easily adapt to changes.
Proactive, Creative, patient and resourceful.
Can work with less supervision.
Responsible and Trustworthy.
Willing to be trained in a short span of time.
Can start working soon.
Readily available whenever called.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare payroll for 4-5 employees.
Generate employee-employer report for SSS, Pag-ibig and PhilHealth. Including processing of employee related concerns to government offices.
Coordinate with the bookkeeper.
Check daily sales of Coffee Shop.
Summarize expenses and income.
Manage coffee shop staff.
Coordinate with coffee shop suppliers.
Answer Shopee/Lazada/TikTok/ Facebook customer inquiries. Process orders if needed.
Upload products and other necessary information needed on the platform (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok/ Facebook)
Generate Airway Bills for online shops. And ensure all scheduled orders are prepared.
Post product contents on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
Respond to requests from superiors.
