Online Marketing Lead
Primary Responsibilities
Preparation, development and implementation of B2B Paid Media Advertising strategies in close collaboration with SGS business units to promote SGS business-related web pages, and websites, and to increase traffic, generate business leads and conversions/ROI according to the business objectives
Give technical and business inputs to the Digital Marketing & Communication Management Team in terms of streamlining business and web processes, and updating methodologies
Specific Responsibilities
Liaise with the different SGS lines of business to develop online marketing strategies for their respective web sites and campaign promotional needs
Conducts research on the online marketing strategy either based on industry trends or as reflected on competitor websites
Prepare and setup Paid Search, Display Advertising proposals, Paid Social Advertising for SGS business units
Performing online promotion through Paid Search Advertising, Social Media and Search Engine Optimization
Provide ongoing management of new and existing paid advertising campaigns including monitoring, reporting, analysis and optimisation recommendations
Test and offer new paid advertising strategies tailored to the needs of the business unit's current campaign
Production and management of paid social campaigns through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube)
Regular monitoring of campaign performance and reporting of issues, insights and opportunities based on data
Work in partnership with the SEO and PPC Specialists on keyword targeting and optimisation.
Identifying technical properties for optimization within the website and campaigns development
Ensure compliance of all landing pages (for SGS.com corporate and SGS lines of business) to Search Engine Rules, Guidelines and Best Practices, SGS's Publication Standards and Web Usability Guidelines
Provide analytics reports and analysis using analytics tools for online marketing campaigns and website performance
Contributing to the development of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) best practices and work processes for the teams
Provide support as needed based on instruction from the Online Marketing Lead, Global Online Marketing Manager and/or Corporate Communications Support Team Manager
Qualifications
Profile
At least 2 years minimum experience in paid social advertising, search/digital marketing or its equivalent
Bachelor's degree in the field of Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications, Social Sciences, Advertising or its equivalent
Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize and analyze information with attention to detail, accuracy and validity
Effective communicator, managing priorities across stakeholders
Fluency in English written and spoken, other languages are a plus
Knowledge/certificate from Google Analytics is an advantage

Quick to learn new web applications and technologies (e.g. SEO tools, Analytic tools, Google Adwords)

Experience working in international projects, where a proficient level of English (written and oral) is required to communicate with colleagues and clients
Desirable skills:
Fully proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Knowledgeable in Google tools (Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google Tag Manager, etc), MOZ and Semrush
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Additional language, other than Filipino, such as Asian or Latin languages is an advantage
Additional Information
Office location is in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Philippines
Hybrid mode work arrangement (with 1 - 2times a week reporting onsite)
