Job Summary:
We are looking for leader who will be in charge of onboarding assistants to clients. The Onboarding Hiring Manager will identify the right scope of needs of the client, create a culture of strong communication with the applicants, and ensure the applicants' expectations of the role, the scope, and requirements are clear.
The Onboarding Hiring Manager will also optimize the funnel for quality without sacrificing speed, continuously update the interview process, the qualification process, and connection of applicants to clients.
Experience managing a hiring team for a midsize-large BPO or fast growing startup for 3+ years
Expertise in identifying hiring needs for specific roles and functionalities on an individual basis for specific clients
Experience building systems and processes to correctly identify, source, and qualify from a pre-filtered subset of applicants to meet large amount of individual client needs
Prior experience as a Hiring Manager or a Recruiter
Top-notch interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
