Rate: $6/hr, and earn 60,000 PHP +/month.
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST, with 30-min unpaid lunch and two paid 15-min breaks.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging and informative training videos using Synthesia for internal and external audiences.
Collaborate with team members to develop and deliver high-quality enablement content tailored to the needs of Sales teams and GTM functions.
Manage monthly workloads, producing up to 20 net new training videos and updating existing content as part of the Content Maintenance Program.
Track and manage project tasks, resources, and outputs using Asana (Trello experience is a plus).
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables, adhering to outlined standards and mapped content guidelines.
Conduct quality checks on training materials to ensure they are ready for consumption and meet organizational standards.
Interface with Sales and other cross-functional teams to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into learning materials.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in project management, video production, or enablement roles.
Proficiency in using Asana for task and project tracking; familiarity with Trello is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
High level of creativity and adaptability to produce training content aligned with organizational standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with Sales teams and other stakeholders.
Energetic, proactive, and "go-getter" personality with high emotional intelligence.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with creating enablement materials for Sales and GTM functions.
Familiarity with online training tools and platforms, including Synthesia.
Background in producing training content for technology or SaaS-based organizations.
