Responsibilities
This position is responsible in timely maintenance of Ocean Events in Tango for shipment track and trace and is responsible in efficient and smooth handling of shipments, processing of shipping documents.
To process shipping documents, track and trace events and send pre-alert to overseas stations
To ensure efficient and smooth handling of shipments - updating of customers KPI, inputting of data to Operating system,
To ensure proper closing of jobs within deadline
To upload shipping documents to Operating system,
To adhere to stakeholders' requirements
To ensure prompt and accurate information to Carriers
To contribute Kaizen and process improvement projects/initiatives
To do administrative, adhoc and any tasks that are needed to accomplish team's targets and objectives. These are assigned by direct supervisor.

Qualifications
Understanding of sea freight Industry including basic freight forwarding knowledge such as INCOTERMS and interpretation of shipping documentation.
Ability to work under time pressure
Good coordination skills and task/process oriented
Flexible and ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate and form relationships at all levels within the organization
Has a degree in field of logistics or any related courses
Minimum of 0-1 year of relevant experience
Very good background in logistics
Previous working experience preferably in large/global organization
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
