Responsibilities:
Write COVID program guidelines and protocols as directed by OH Expert/Corp IMT (expect about 3-4 guidelines/protocols per quarter, as needed)
Create communication plan for each program guideline
Conduct roll-out of each guideline or protocol for target groups,
Review implementation of the sites in the PDCA cycle.
Support the Corporate IMT through maintenance and streamlining of team tools, minutes of meetings, action/activity trackers, inventories & purchasing trackers, case trackers, HDF & other Google Form backend data, others.
Collate relevant COVID data from LGUs - case statistics, incidents, relevant local EOs
Minimum Qualification:
Graduate of BS Nursing preferred, with valid PRC license
Graduate of other allied medical profession acceptable if with significant relevant experience in the field
At least 2 years experience in developing and implementing risk-based occupational health programs, including program development and writingAccomplished related training and skills in: Project/Program Management; Basic Occupational Safety and Health Post-graduate Course for OH Personnel, HIRAC, Basic Counseling, ISO 45001
Willing to accept 1 year project engagement
