Candidate Requirement

Required skill(s): BTS/3G/2G experience
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Description
1. Supervise the daily schedule and individual tasks of the BTS & Telecom Engineers.
2. Supervise & monitor daily schedule and individual tasks of the of Sub-contractors' implementation & progress.
3. Coordinate, attend & Report to Telecom Project Management for Site Progress Report & other issues.
4. Monitors the progress of the site installation, on-air and the site acceptance.
5. Commissioning and troubleshooting of BTS, Microwave, Power and IP-RAN Equipments.
6. Supervise quality and EHS performance of subcontractors on sites and make sure the SOP be implemented completely.
7. Guide and monitor subcontractors updating ISDP status in time.
