Core Responsibilities
Accomplish all assigned tasks by the management in a timely and effective manner as deemed necessary for the betterment of the organization as a whole.
Service Operations Management
Perform advanced Analysis and Troubleshooting
Document findings is an easy to read format and be able to provide proper documentation/s as needed
Perform root cause analysis
Service Operations Management - Incident Management
Perform fixes and solutions on incidents that are not documented and ensuring advise to next level of escalation is performed.
Escalate to Level 4 Support whenever an incident could not be solved within the appropriate time.
Change Management
Assist the NOC Incident Responder (L2) in implementing changes whenever necessary.
Information Management
Promote and contribute to Service Operations' information and knowledge repository.
Requirements
A. Minimum Education (Must)
Must be a graduate of Computer Studies/Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
B. Minimum Experience/Training (Must)Experience
Have at least 4 years working experience in a NOC Operations environment

ITIL Foundation (Preferably)
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) (Preferably)
Routing and Switching (Preferably)
