Primary Responsibilities
Manage the network plan for the current scheduling season.
Optimize capacity and fleet deployment ensuring overall network profitability.
Evaluate network and flight schedule effectiveness and flight schedule effectiveness by monitoring route performance in terms of financial results and competitive position.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on accurate planning assumptions and feasibility of execution of the network plan.
Disseminate schedule information timely and accurately by announcing and implementing flight changes in various systems.
Manage airline slot holdings, reviews slot usage and compliance to slot rules.
Prepare and submits relevant documents in compliance to regulatory requirements.
Assist in preparation and creation of reports used in network decision making.
Basic Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
Must be proficient in the use of statistical tools & economic analysis, computer literate / programming an advantage, business sense / entrepreneurial attitude, analytical / mathematically proficient.
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Preferably with experience in network planning and network scheduling.
Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
