NetSuite Admin Support will serve as a point of contact for NetSuite support, providing internal ongoing support. You will work with a ticketing management system and triage and resolve user issues.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrated strong NetSuite and NetSuite related products technical and functional skills
Ensure support tickets are acknowledged and handled within agreed timelines
Maintain product knowledge as new versions and upgrades are released
Help customers troubleshoot issues and provide actionable tips to resolve the problem
Resolve any customer technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting
Provide remote consulting and execution services with a high degree of quality
Diagnose and fix any existing scripts or workflows as required
Development of custom scripts as it relates to user-requested enhancements
Support of integrations between NetSuite and other business applications
Qualifications:
1-3 years+ knowledge of NetSuite ERP solution
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good problem-solving skills
Must be able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
