Duties and Responsibilities:
.Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the pharmaceutical product segment.
.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to maximize their performance and ensure the achievement of individual and team objectives.
.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs and preferences, and stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
.Key Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and exploring opportunities for business expansion and partnerships.
.Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and regularly monitor and report on sales performance, providing timely and insightful analysis to the management team.
.Product Promotion and Branding: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and brand-building initiatives for pharmaceutical products.
.Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies in all sales activities, including proper documentation, reporting, and adherence to relevant laws and guidelines.
.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as regulatory affairs, and supply chain to coordinate product launches, resolve customer issues, and optimize processes for efficient sales operations.
.Sales Training and Development: Identify training needs, design training programs, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
.Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate sales team performance against set targets and KPIs, providing constructive feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
.5 years or more experience as a Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
.In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical product market, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
.Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
