Luxury Travel Sales Manager
 
Job Description
 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Travel Sales Manager to lead and manage our team of travel agents specializing in premium travel experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of first-class and business-class flight options, luxury cruises, high-end hotel stays, and luxury services. They will be responsible for driving sales performance, motivating the sales team, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded consistently.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of luxury travel agents to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to ensure the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell luxury travel products and services.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster professional growth and development.
 
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the luxury travel sector.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, luxury travel partners, and industry stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.
Product Knowledge and Expertise:
Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and innovations in luxury travel, including new destinations, accommodations, and experiences.
Provide in-depth product knowledge and recommendations to clients, tailoring travel itineraries to meet their individual preferences and requirements.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Utilize CRM software to track sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Generate detailed reports and dashboards to evaluate team performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Implement workflows and automation processes within the CRM to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency.
 
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury travel sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and partners.
In-depth knowledge of luxury travel products and services, including first-class and business-class flight options, luxury cruises, upscale hotels, and VIP experiences.
Proficiency in CRM software for sales management, workflow automation, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
Certified Travel Consultant (CTC) designation or similar certification is a plus.
