Global Compensation Data & Visualization Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Provide The Coca-Cola Company's global HR community with best-in-class dashboards, analysis and reports related to the base pay competitiveness.
Support the end-to-end cycle of dashboard and analytics development (from understanding clients' needs, through reports and visualizations development, to helping clients during hyper care period).
Create and design of data source using Market Pay, Excel, Alteryx and Tableau.
Assure data integrity and effective reports validation.
Lead dashboards maintenance and improvement initiatives in line with the company's strategy.
Translate data into insights: ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of business data.
Communicate with various stakeholders, such as: internal clients, other analysts, database developers, project managers, etc.
Propose innovations focused on data visualization and analytics.
Provide Tableau and Alteryx trainings to other team members.
Document all related processes in standard operating format.

What you need to be successful
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent analytical skills proven by at least 3 years of experience.
Proficiency in using Business Intelligence tools and software: Tableau developer, Alteryx, Oracle ESSBASE, Oracle Cloud analytics etc.
Knowledge of SQL Server Database (Microsoft), PowerApps (Microsoft), Power BI would be a clear plus.
Proficiency in using Excel.
Attention to details with a strong focus on accuracy, data validation and data integrity.
Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems and processes quickly.
Knowledge of data analysis methods and ability to interpret data.
Understanding of compensation market data, salary structures, HR qualitative benchmark reports is desirable.
Understanding of HRIS systems, processes, and interrelationships of data transfers would be a plus.
Customer Focus: making customers (external and internal) and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships; creating and executing plans and solutions in collaboration with the customer.
Project management knowledge and/or experience.
Very strong communication skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
