If you excel at writing, interpreting tone, and crafting thoughtful, on-brand engagements across digital platforms, this role may be a great match for you.What You'll Be DoingAs a Multimedia Content Specialist assigned to a dedicated client, you'll manage conversations, comments, and messages across social media channels while representing the brand with precision and personality. You'll be responsible for tone alignment, accurate interpretation of customer intent, and maintaining a consistent voice across all touchpoints.Your Core Responsibilities
Social Engagement & Digital Interaction
Respond to comments, replies, and DMs across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X/Twitter.
Maintain the client's brand voice, tone, and style across all written engagements.
Communicate with exceptional written English - clear, concise, and polished.
Manage negative sentiment or sensitive public conversations tactfully and professionally.
Interpret sarcasm, humor, and emotional tone accurately to craft well-aligned responses.
Brand Voice & Content Alignment
Ensure every public-facing message accurately reflects the client's communication guidelines.
Adapt your writing style as needed to maintain brand consistency.
Handle high-volume communication spikes with composure and accuracy.
Escalation & Issue Management
Quickly recognize messages or comments that require escalation due to complexity or risk.
Provide full context when routing issues to internal teams or client stakeholders.
Monitor trends or repeated concerns and surface them proactively.
Tools, Platforms & Documentation
Use client-approved tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar social-integrated help desks.
Tag and document interactions according to client workflows.
Track sentiment, user feedback patterns, and recurring topics for internal visibility.
Quality, Consistency & Collaboration
Consistently meet response time and quality benchmarks.
Participate in tone calibration sessions, brand updates, or coaching sessions with the client.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain alignment on communication standards and expectations.
What You'll Bring to the Table
Exceptional Writing Skills: Near-native written English proficiency with excellent grammar and structure.
High Emotional Intelligence: Ability to read tone and respond appropriately across different scenarios.
Social Media Fluency: Comfort managing brand conversations and public engagement.
Strong Brand Alignment: Skilled in matching voice, personality, and communication style.
Good Judgment: Knows when to escalate sensitive interactions and when to manage independently.
Calm Under Pressure: Handles fast-paced message volume and challenging customer sentiment with poise.
Preferred Backgrounds
Experience managing social media communications for eCommerce or DTC brands.
Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, or other platforms integrated with social media.
Bonus: Hands-on experience responding to customer comments on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or X/Twitter for a brand.
