The Multimedia Artist is responsible for the overall creative execution of all marketing collaterals and the design and creation of graphics and dynamic content to meet specific marketing, commercial, and promotional activities and goals of the Company.
Specifically, the position is responsible for the following:
Design and creation of static and motion graphics, including concepts and sample layouts, with the use of appropriate computer software and editing tools, and graphic arts and techniques, and based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts;
Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, corporate branding, e-commerce, and digital marketing, using different editing tools or graphic design applications and software;
Preparation of illustrations, sample designs or rough sketches of materials, discussing them with clients or supervisors or conferring with colleagues, marketing professionals and clients to discuss and determine layout design and make necessary changes;
Conduct and provision of art direction to photography and videography shoots, demonstrating creativity on photo shoots, and taking the lead to dynamic content (videos);
Ensuring that all marketing assets are aligned with brand positioning and marketing strategy;
Overall improvement of all creative designs, such as but not limited to ensuring photos and videos are of high-quality standards, reviewing layouts and designs, suggesting improvements as needed, and maintaining an archive of images, photos, or graphics of previous work; and
Other relevant duties that may be assigned from time to time.
College graduate of any Marketing, Design, Communication Arts or related course
At least two (2) years of relevant work experience
Proficient to advanced user of graphics or photo imaging software, video creation and editing applications, and computer-aided design and desktop publishing software
Familiarity with website development, e-commerce, and social media marketing
