What does this role entail?
The overall objective of the Mortgage CSO is to assist the Mortgage Broker with a range of high-level administration tasks and reporting activities, gathering relevant data, and engaging with clients, banks, lenders, and third-party professionals.
 
What are the proficiencies expected of me?
At least 2 years proven experience in the banking or mortgage broking industry in Australia
Must be able to use Broker Engine and Flex360 (AFG systems)
Must be able to use Apply Online
Be able to liaise with banks and use multiple bank broker sites to follow up client applications
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
How do I contribute to the team?
Work with your assigned client as a professional representative of Qwrk
Collect data accurately on behalf of our clients - this may include phoning, investigating online and completing various spreadsheets or forms.
Working with lenders to ensure they have all the information required to progress applications and maintenance requests efficiently.
Follow-up the clients for their application forms or relevant documents
Answering inquiries from the clients.
Prepare/generate compliance forms, documents, and templates with complete accuracy.
Lodge and monitor loan applications via Apply Online
Create Lenders/servicing calculator.
Prepare client reports including serviceability assessment.
Data Entry (using various tools such as Broker Engine and AFG Flex)
Manage record keeping on internal systems and required CRM's.
Build solid relationships with each client assigned to you, continually looking for ways to further assist and help our clients (this may be through new services, better tools, more efficient ways, etc.)
