Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Mix simple cocktails, serve wine and beer, and ensure proper glassware usage.
Adhere to health and safety regulations for food handling and alcohol service.
Handle customer complaints and special requests professionally and efficiently.
Maintain a neat appearance and comply with workplace policies and grooming standards.
Stay informed about food allergens, dietary requirements, and gastronomic trends to accommodate guest needs.
Use Point-of-Sale (POS) systems to accurately take and process orders.
Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in food and beverage service.
Certification in food safety and hygiene.
Familiarity with basic bartending techniques, including cocktail preparation and alcohol service.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
