We are looking for a Finance/MIS analyst specializing in Accounts Payable

Team Overview
Working within our Accounts Payable department you will be part of a diverse team that supports and delivers a professional, customer focused experience for our suppliers / service partners enabling the continuity of service for our Client. The Accounts Payable Team sits within our core Client Financial Services (CFS) department providing operational functionalities and has 5 key aims; To pay all suppliers within 30 days, to manage supplier debt and minimise potential risks, to provide a first class customer service to all our stakeholders, to accurately and promptly resolve any supplier journey hold ups (processing, queries & payments) and to provide insight, assistance and resolution to aged debt.
Your responsibilities will involve:
To analyse and process all supplier documents ready for approval and payment.
To promptly deal with all queries relating to the supplier journey.
To be part of supplier engagement meetings and debt management reviews.
To manage stakeholder expectations and delivery of client Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
To minimise and advertently reduce risk by urgently dealing with reminders/final reminders, late payments, summons or bailiff actions.
To be part of activities supporting other operational and finance teams within JLL.
To contribute to JLL one team performance, by optimising and feeding back to line management on areas of improvements.
To understand RICS, Compliance, ISAE and Quality & Assurance to support and deliver our control environment and best practices.

Key Skills
Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field/industry preferred but not a requirement
Knowledge/experience in Accounts Payable and Data Analysis
Advance Excel PPT and MS Word
Good communication skills both in English & Filipino
High attention to detail
Have a collaborative working style
A passion for dealing with people
Good Numeric Skills
Be a resilient, self-starter who can manage frequent change and volumes
Task ownership
Like to work as part of a team
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products (Word & Excel)
Competent and willing in learning how to navigate and manage new systems

Have some basic accounting knowledge
