Reviews management reports and cost analvsis;
Collaborates with department or section heads to implement cost-saving initiatives;
Provides assistance in driving implementation of new and amended processes at the BU-level;
Drives the budget process at the BU-level, and reviews the budgeted cost figures and cost drivers;
Performs quarterly forecasts and provides insight on year-to-date spending to each department head;
Performs analysis using SAP embedded analytics, and other metrics required by management;
Conducts regular performance review of the team to ensure targets are met;
And performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications
Has a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy;
A Certified Public Accountant;
Has at least 5 years of supervisory experience;
Experienced in SAP or other related software;
Has excellent analytical skills, and advanced knowledge in financial control, accounting principles and practices;
Has mastery in budgeting and forecasting;
Has excellent skills in utilizing Microsoft applications;
Has remarkable problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
And has a strong people management and communication skills with a strong sense of integrity.
