About the role
Sunpride Foods, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Merchandising Specialist to join our team in Manila City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for ensuring our products are effectively merchandised and displayed in retail stores, driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.

What you'll be doing
Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales
Regularly visit assigned retail stores to audit product placement, shelf conditions, and inventory levels
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure in-store promotions and displays are executed to plan
Provide feedback and recommendations to the wider business on merchandising best practices
Maintain detailed records and report on store performance and compliance
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a merchandising or retail operations role
Strong understanding of effective retail merchandising principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with store personnel
Keen eye for detail and ability to identify opportunities for improvement
Proficient in using relevant retail data and analytics to inform merchandising decisions
Adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
