Monitor site progress and prepare Daily Activities Report;
Ensure quality of MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection & Sanitary) works and compliance with approved contract drawings, construction specs and installation schedules;
Coordinate with MEPFS Contractors and Engineers;
Coordinate with Civil, Structural and Architectural Engineers;
To be part of proactive Construction Site Team.
Review shop drawings and other contractor submittals for compliance with construction documents.
Complete assignments in a timely manner, with quality and as required by the immediate supervisor.
Review plans and specifications for constructability and program adherence
