Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain an accurate log of all medical record requests received and processed.
• Compare the personal information of the patient. Make sure that the medical report are for the same patient.
• Make a list of inventory files and chronologically arrange medical reports.
• Summarize handwritten Medical Records, Deposition reports.
• Proofread the summarized medical report.
• To adhere to compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any medical course.
• Above-average English skills, both spoken and written.
• Great analytical skill.
• Can type 40 words per minute.
• Computer savvy.
• With good internet connection.
• Can work full-time from Monday-Friday.
