Medical Representative- davaoPacific Surgical Inc.

Primary responsible for implementation and coordination of sales and marketing related strategies in accordance with the recommended methods and guidelines given by the company towards the achievement of sales and marketing goals in the territory.
Also act as Orthopedic Technician that provides technical support to Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners in the delivery of standard orthopedic practice and assisting in routine surgical procedures. All work is performed under the supervision of a physician or appropriate licensed practitioner.
Lastly, responsible as inventory custodian to their assigned territory and ensure safekeeping of PSI orthopedics products.
1. The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed.
2. Serves as primary contact person for orthopedic support in the areas of surgical coverage, troubleshooting and in-service technical support.
3. Educates customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms to keep all customers abreast of the latest development, recommended therapies, and technological updates and current items of interest in the industry.
4. Attends surgical procedures in operating rooms of hospital accounts to assure customer and patient success with PSI orthopedics products.
5. Ensures proper and timely sales ordering and submission of required documentation needed for sales process and collection in accordance with Company's policy and procedure.
6. Investigate and report any discrepancies found in inventory.
7. Reporting of defective products discovered.
8. Check date sensitive products for expiration and facilitate removal & transfer of product as needed.
9. Coordinate closely with customer service & logistics department.
10. Timely submission of case reports (product used in cases)
Minimum Qualifications:
University/ College Degree Holder in Life Sciences, Marketing or related discipline.
Fresh graduate with strong drive to succeed and self-development is welcome to apply;
Must possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Passionate, result-oriented, self-motivated, positive and proactive.
Willing to travel and do field work as required.
1 full time position in Davao.
