About the Job:We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Outpatient Coding Supervisor to join our client's healthcare team and oversee coding, data abstraction, and related activities. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of coded medical records in alignment with Official Coding Guidelines and organizational policies. You will lead a team of coding professionals, manage daily workflows, and maintain productivity and quality standards to meet unbilled and DNFC targets across multiple facilities. Acting as both a mentor and process optimizer, you will drive continuous improvement in coding accuracy, staff performance, and operational efficiency. This position also plays a key role in training initiatives, policy implementation, and collaboration with other departments to enhance revenue integrity and documentation quality.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in MedTech, Nursing, or a related field.
3+ years of solid experience in outpatient medical record coding.
1+ year of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Required: Active AHIMA or AAPC coding certification (CCS, CPC, or COC).
Demonstrated expertise in coding productivity management, quality assurance, and performance improvement.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to accuracy and compliance.
Proficiency in 3M coding software and related HIM applications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills with a focus on collaboration and mentorship.
Willing to work on-site at BGC, Taguig.
Willing to work in US hours (graveyard shift).
Can start immediately, if possible.
