MAYORDOMA / HOUSEHOLD SERVICE SUPERVISOR
 
RATE: Php15,000 – 20,000
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Train household service workers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
Oversee staff on a daily basis
Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and other areas for cleanliness and proper hygiene
Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
Respond proactively to complaints and special requests of the Immediate Head
Monitor and replenish cleaning products stocks 
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in the residence
Will perform additional tasks that may be assigned from to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
Good communication skills 
Hands-on experience with household- related  tasks for family residence
Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment, products and appliances 
Excellent organizational and team management skills
Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Knowledgeable or with background in health care services 
Knowledgeable or with background in cooking
Work experience abroad is an advantage.

PHP 15,000 - 20,000 per month
