Search for listings of office, retail and industrial spaces for leasing associates on their requirements
Coordinate with property owners and landlords
Create, maintain, and enhance property listings in the database
Secure presentation of the listings
Prepare and secure documents and floor plans for the leasing associate
Arrange the leasing associate's and clients' site inspections
Take photos of the units/buildings
Conduct phone calls and fieldworks
Provide administrative support for the whole Brokerage Division.
College / Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Commerce, or any equivalent course
Little to no experience in working in the real estate industry,
Highly trainable
Has great communication and presentation skills.
Has confidence and charisma
