Job Description
Come join the marketing team at PhotoUp and Western Venture Partners! You’ll be working to do lead research and list building, oversee, run email campaigns, and chat/email support.
Typically our marketing/support specialists work to create warm leads which turn into 5-10+ new customers per month and at the same time provide customer support.
Compensation
Base pay starts at P15K plus you will earn up to P9K monthly commission based on the client's feedback.
Monthly bonuses shall be as follows and will be paid out the 15th of each month for the month’s prior service period:
Rating 1 - P0
Rating 2 - P1,000 bonus
Rating 3 - P3,000 bonus
Rating 4 - P6,000 bonus
Rating 5 - P9,000 bonus

Must Haves
A positive, can-do attitude
Good written English - strong interest in marketing and sales
At least 2-3 years of experience in Chat and Email Support
Self-driven and proactive
Enjoys people but can focus on their own tasks as well
Ability to stay focused
Work quickly on repetitive tasks
Own pc and internet
Nice to Have
Previous email marketing experience
Experience in data research & list building
Degree or training in Marketing or sales related field
Benefits
5 days paid time off during your probationary period. Will increase once you are regularized to10 days, plus an additional 5 days of PTO (paid-time-off) each following year until you reach 20 days.
