Work Setup: WFH or WFO (San Fernando, Pampanga)About the Role:We're looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to support our online store and news site. This role involves learning our product catalog, managing social media platforms, and engaging with online communities to drive awareness and sales. It's a hands-on role with daily responsibilities across Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok. Shopify experience is a big plus but not required.Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Learn our product catalog (categories, products, and seasonal themes).
Manage and engage with our Facebook Pages and Groups:
Share products and articles multiple times per day that fit the audience.
Schedule monthly posts aligned to seasons and holidays.
Communicate with other group admins to build cross-promotion deals.
Manage our LinkedIn presence:
Maintain and engage on company pages.
Create and manage groups for category users.
Share products and articles seasonally.
Collect emails from LinkedIn to grow newsletters.
Support Pinterest and TikTok marketing:
Set up and manage product marketing on each platform.
Create posts, images, and short videos to promote products.
Collaborate on marketing ideas and share input on weekly tasks.
Build and refine auto-responses using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for consistent messaging.
Ensure all assigned daily tasks are completed in full.
Qualifications:
Entry-level welcome, with eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing.
Familiarity with Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok (posting, engagement, and community management).
Strong communication and attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
Shopify experience is a plus but not required.
