MARKETING SPECIALIST

Position Summary:
 
The Corporate Marketing Specialist is responsible to oversee the revenue-generating projects assigned to Corporate Marketing Team including Filinvest events venues and tarpaulin printing services.
 
Scope and Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize profitability and achieve business objectives.
Coordinates with internal departments, external partners and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with overall objectives.
Conducts performance analysis and generates reports to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
Administrative tasks
FINANCIALS
Conduct cost analysis
Prepare and analyze revenue reports
Assist in budget planning and forecasting for revenue-generating projects.
Monitor and evaluate financial metrics
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and vendors.
SALES AND MARKETING
Ensures monthly and annual sales revenue targets are met
Develop and implement promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
Engage clients through targeted marketing efforts across multiple channels.
Handle client queries, ocular visits, draft proposals, cost estimates and execute MOA.
Establish and maintain strong relationship with suppliers and vendors.
Formulate strategies to increase revenue from Tarpaulin Printing Services.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Coordination with local marketing group to enhance virtual presence and advertising efforts.
Job Qualifications:
With bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or Management.
With minimum of 3 years work experience in handling events venues, sales and marketing,
Background in marketing campaigns and client negotiations.
Proven experience in revenue-generating roles with a record meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficient in MS Applications.
