Job brief:
We are looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist to plan and oversee the organization's marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.
A successful Marketing Specialist must have great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and will have experience in managing different marketing ventures.
The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its business.
Responsibilities for Marketing Specialist
• Implement and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
• Collaborate with the internal team (operations and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
• Create and edit marketing materials for media posting making certain that brand guidelines are met
• Proofread and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
• Work with external partners and other service provider to execute marketing programs
Qualifications for Marketing Specialist:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Knowledge of various digital marketing analytics tools, CRM systems and content management systems
• Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to details
• Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
• Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
• A team player with a customer-oriented approach
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing
