JOB DESCRIPTION
A marketing professional responsible for the paid marketing performance, including reviewing budgets, implementing the marketing strategy and overseeing and supporting the marketing team members.
Major Responsibilities
Lead and support the implementation of our paid marketing strategies.
Examine correlations between prospecting activities, revenue, and budget and use advertising budget efficiently through smart ads investments.
Research and test partnerships with new vendors with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition.
Coordinate and supervise agency partners involved on paid ads.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
Measure and optimize our paid marketing using Google Analytics, and Ecomm landing page sources reports.
JOB SPECIFICATION
College graduate of any four year business degree course.
At least 2 years of related work experience.
In-depth knowledge of various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid research, retargeting, google analytics, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube, and more), and content distribution and placement networks.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Strategic thinker with great analytical skills.
Willing to be assigned in San Pedro Laguna.
