This individual will help map our analyst engagements across a range of analyst houses. They will work closely with senior executives inside the business to build compelling narratives and create comprehensive answers to analyst questionnaires. They will also 'own' use of the ARchitect analyst tool, using it to report on our growing awareness within the community.
This role will require strong written skills, as the successful candidate will need to interpret and fine tune business messaging into responses for analysts which position the company in line with analyst interpretations of the market. It will also require strong communication, organization and project management skills, in coordinating analysts and senior executives, as well as tracking engagements and reports.
Assist in the mapping, prioritization and planning of analyst briefings across a range of analyst houses and geographies
Pitch for briefings with analysts, coordinate logistics and staff calls
Write pre-briefing notes on analysts, advising on their coverage area / interests
Work with executives to build narratives and presentations around key market propositions
Prepare spokespeople for conversations with analysts
Write post-briefing notes on engagement, following up on any questions and next steps
Coordinate analyst engagement at events, including mapping attendance, influence to date and setting up engagements where possible
Track all analyst engagements, including: sentiment, who they've spoken to and content of briefing
Track existing and future analyst reports to ensure Kroll is maximizing influence at key times among analysts, compared to competitors
Reading technical analyst reports and being able to understand where Kroll capabilities would fit
Assist the team in writing analyst report requests. Including, distilling the questions, sourcing responses and managing approvals
Generate ideas for stimulating customer reviews on analyst platforms e.g. Peer Insights
Own the ARchitect tool, including pulling out relevant analysts for Kroll to brief as its business focus evolves and analyzing awareness to date among analysts of Kroll, alongside administrative requirements
Draft, secure approvals and manage distribution of monthly newsletter from Kroll to list of relevant analysts
REQUIREMENTS:
Essential:
2+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing or PR, preferably in the cyber security space
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized and process driven approach to success
Able to read complex technical documents and distill down to key messages / sentiment
Passion for brand awareness and writing compelling messaging
Strong influencing and inter-personal communication skills to operate strategically across all levels of the organization and with senior external stakeholders
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn and creative flair
Understanding of the cyber security industry and competitive landscape
Ability to work as part of a complex cross-functional and cross-regional team
Strong project management and organization skills
A keen eye for detail, analytical and results-driven approach
