Responsibilities
Build, test, optimize and execute incoming marketing campaign requests across all business verticals and segments, including email, nurture, digital, event and operational tasks.
Implement marketing automation paths based on campaign workflows and/or internal processes, that will facilitate the efficient/scalable execution of our day-to-day marketing campaigns; ensure workflows and Salesforce campaigns are set up properly for effective attribution and reporting
Stay on trend with latest email marketing features and processes
Assist with the management and maintenance of the marketing database in accordance with data protection laws, and in collaboration with global marketing teams
Set, interpret and share campaign metrics with the team, translating the data into simplified Insights
Process contact/company list uploads into our database while ensuring proper data quality and attribution
Qualifications
Strong experience in marketing operations or similar type role
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email development, A/B testing, email validation, rendering and email marketing best practices
Some level of marketing automation platforms proficiency required with experience in campaign execution, nurture programs, audience segmentation, tokens, lead scoring and more
Working knowledge of Salesforce lead/contact/campaign objects and as an integrated CRM platform
Knowledge about email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL)
Comfortable working in a face-paced environment with a highly engaged cross functional team
Preferred Qualifications
Education background: No degree required if strong experience in tools listed below. Degree required with some level of experience in automation and CRMs
Experience types: Experience with managing special media campaigns, event management tools, salesforce, automation tools, analytics tools
Tools familiarity: Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Tableau, Outreach, Drift, Full Circle Insights.
