Job description
The Marketing Officer is responsible for local and global marketing initiative and ensuring these are rolled out on time. He/She creates a high level of awareness for the brands in a fast-paced environment that requires creative thinking and meeting tight deadlines. The marketing assistant usually reports to marketing manager/company's director. He/She will be handling account for retail fashion apparel and accessories.
Job Descriptions:
· Collaborates with operations and other support units to create and implement programs, brand awareness and marketing campaigns.
· Have an understanding of the local market to help the brand and determine how to achieve its potential.
· Identifying potentially successful campaigns; creates the presentation materials; and presents them to the director and to the brand.
· Creates Innovative ideas and promotions to drive customers and sale in the stores
· Responsible for analysing the performance of the marketing campaign
· Prepares/Implements the annual marketing plan and budget.
· Manages and oversees the budget used for running new campaigns and maintaining existing campaigns.
· Coordinates with Celebrities, influencers, Media and all other Public Relations
· Coordinates with the principal and Brand Manager on all brand marketing related activities and concerns and provides data and status and progress reports of initiatives.
· Prepares weekly Summary report of all marketing initiatives and presents/discusses this at weekly sales meeting
· Visit stores malls, and other venues to check and evaluate competition activities on a regular basis
· Creates tools for the store personnel to gather relevant customer feedback and regularly update the customer data base.
· Coordinates with the brand manager with customer concerns, marketing initiatives and manpower concerns.
· Gathers feedback from store personnel and customers
· Gathers feedback from store personnel and customers and uses the information to create new and innovative efforts to capture the market.
· Keeps track of customer who availed of promotions.
· Handles and monitors email, mobile, website and social media for concerns and addresses and online accounts of the brand such as IG, FB & marketplaces if any.
· Ensures all perspective departments which are involved in marketing activities, provide timely feedback, follow up with concerns, and take appropriate actions.
· Handles other related marketing efforts as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
· A bachelor's Degree in 4 years College course, preferably Management, Marketing or Business Administration
· Have at least 3 years of related experience
· Strong MS office Skills
· Knowledgeable in E-commerce/social media marketing platforms
· Excellent Knowledge in Brand Management, Strategic Planning and Marketing research and Customer service
· Strong Leadership qualities
· Solid organizational and management Skills
· Excellent written and Verbal Communication
· Ability to think creativity and innovatively
· Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City
